It's headphone music that takes a cynical look at a time where cynicism is usually no where to be found. It's club music for an empty club.
Simultaneously referencing various electronic music genres and influential artists, while telling a dark story, "Intimacy and Isolation" is a narrative commenting on the sometimes creepy nature of clubbing and club culture.
It begins with a seedy swagger, a misplaced confidence familiar to many before a big night out. It travels through lust and the insincere bravado of being "on the prowl", before hitting the inevitable come down and sense of loneliness. Winding up with a sad regret, a guilty feeling often familiar to the morning after a night out filled with excess. We've all been there.
